Youth-Centered Permanency Roundtables (YCPRT) Program
Youth Centered Permanency Roundtables (YCPRT) is a program that creates a framework putting youth at the center of important meetings designed to lead to permanency. Youth actively participate and help to drive the process. They are empowered to invite the important people in their lives to participate. Most importantly, the goal of the meetings is set up a network of supports to leave foster care. Young people 12 and older who have been in children services custody for over a year are eligible.
