Youth Navigator Network

A New Program Serving Youth Statewide

The State of Ohio is launching a brand-new Youth Navigator Network this fall for youth and young adults up to 21 years of age who are currently in out-of-home care, have had an open case with children services within 24 months, or have emancipated from care. Like OhioKAN, the new Youth Navigator Network will provide 1:1 navigation services to youth, providing information, referral, and resource linkage services.

Join New Statewide Young Adult Advisory Council

The Youth Navigator Network (YNN) is being developed in partnership with young people. The Young Adult Advisory Council is a great opportunity for youth and young adults to use their voice to inform the framework of this program. We are excited to grow and develop the council with young people who are interested in learning more and using their knowledge to create change! Benefits of being a council member include:

  • Compensation of $20/hour for their time
  • Peer support and opportunities for professional networking
  • Assistance with preparation for council meetings
  • Gaining resume-building skills while partnering to build the Youth Navigator Network framework

We are currently recruiting people who are interested in being a part of this amazing opportunity to create change in Ohio. If you know anyone who may be interested, please complete the form below:
